Sometimes, a problem with cheaper Windows servers is the deactivation of virtualization.
How to enable virtualization on a VPS server?
If it’s disabled at the hosting level, there’s no way. Only the owner (system administrator) of the hosting can enable it, which they likely won’t do.
System administrators often disable it on VPS hosting to prevent users from reselling servers as sub-rentals. But this greatly affects Windows users who need to use virtual machines.
For example, if you want to use servers for gaming (by the way, I recommend the Shadow service for gaming) or running emulation, etc. In my case, I encountered the issue that a regular server wasn’t suitable for running Vmware or Zennodroid (the best program for automating user actions in applications). To run it, you need an Android emulator, which won’t work without virtualization enabled.
That’s how the compilation of VPS servers with virtualization support came about. Here you can choose a server to your liking.
VPS
Hostbrr offers servers with virtualization support at quite reasonable prices. I personally am a user of this service now. And the only negative is that sometimes packages drop when connecting via RDP.
But if use a special link with sales https://my.hostbrr.com/order/forms/ – you can find many interesting things

Don’t worry if you don’t have the required configurations. They are updated very often.
The second candidate I was considering for connection was VPS-Mart.
Very good conditions, but I needed a simpler server for my needs. Plus, for 15-20 dollars, there are already options for connecting VDS/Low-cost Dedic servers. And I didn’t want to bother with that either.
Also as you see this is servers also supported Hyper-V. And they have unlimited bandwidth.
So, let’s talk about other inexpensive server options with virtualization support within the budget of $20. There are a few of them, but they exist.
Cheap dedicated servers
This is the Oneprovider provider. It offers inexpensive servers assembled on simple home hardware. In terms of performance on CPUMARK, they can be even worse than previous VPS (that’s why I chose VPS). But the entire performance of these servers (albeit small) is completely at your disposal.
However, they offer a large amount of RAM, large hard drives, and a 1-gigabit network connection.
Another well-known provider of affordable servers on home hardware is OVH, particularly their Kim-Sufi lineup. They also support virtualization, and for less demanding purposes, they can be a good fit.
And of course, what’s a review of servers without mentioning the immortal classic? I’m talking about Hetzner servers. While they might exceed the $20 budget, many argue that their service quality and reliability are unrivaled. For me, Hetzner has long become a brand that justifies its overpricing solely based on its name
Another great option – wholesaleinternet. Just look at this!
