There are a huge number of reviews about the exchange blocking and Weex clear history trade an account with a positive PNL.

Trustpilot the same:

The usual practice of the exchange is to
1) Freeze the account along with the funds
2) Clear the trading history so that you can’t prove anything

My experience:

There was a good promotion where for replenishing the account by 10,000 dollars bonuses of up to 800 dollars were given.

I registered to get a bonus. But when people from our closed community started getting blocked, I withdrew the funds.

Cases from community:

After the blockings in the community began. We agreed with the exchange managers that our traders would be added to the white list and they would not be subject to unjustified blockings.

Did it help? No. Unmotivated blockings continued.

Weex removed trade history and balance

Another case – “They write that the account will be unblocked only if the “abnormal profit” of $9,595 is returned”

All positive PNL of $20,000 was confiscated.

Even to withdraw the remainder, very strict proofs in the video are required. For example
1) In one video, you need to film your face, show your documents, go outside, film the surroundings of your house, film the sign with the address on your house (if there is none, then you need to hang it yourself:)). Film the entrance to the entrance and the entrance to the apartment, the apartment inside and film yourself again. Also, this address on the house must match the address in your documents confirming the address.

The manager from WEEX also offered a bribe to the community admins (through whose referral link everyone had registered).

  1. We’ll pay you a large sum

  2. We won’t return any money to your referrals

  3. And in exchange, you stop any investigations and keep everything within the community

After more than a month of back-and-forth, Weex finally agreed to return only the deposit itself. Another month of calls and negotiations with their team eventually led to them paying back the positive PnL in stages: first 60%, then another 20% a couple of weeks later, and the final 20% after some more time.

We were only able to achieve this thanks to our large, strong community and our determined, “fighting” admin team.
